Vitae has launched a set of training materials and a research report on the experience of part-time researchers: www.vitae.ac.uk/part-time_researcher
On Monday 17 August the Vitae Scotland and Northern Ireland Hub will be hosting a one-day event focused on supporting part-time researchers, exploring the issues for this group of researchers and an introduction to the training resources developed by Vitae. We also hope this event will provide a platform for discussions around collaborative provision for part-time researchers across SNI. The venue for this event will be the University of Strathclyde Jordanhill Campus, with a outline programme from 10.30am till 3pm.
