The 4th annual HealthQWest Research Student conference

will be hosted by Glasgow University on Friday 4 September 2009. This is a valuable opportunity for research students at all stages of their PhD to network and gain experience in presenting their work. Supervisors are encouraged to attend to support students and provide feedback.
Invited speakers will talk about the value of doing a PhD and will outline future career opportunities. There are prizes for the poster competition and the conference will culminate in a question time event, which was a very well evaluated element of last year's conference. After the conference there is the oppportunity to relax and get together more informally.
Book your place by the 15th of August and if appropriate, provide information on your poster presentation."
