Organisational structure
The HealthQWest supra structure represents the development of a robust organisational structure and governance arrangements. The HealthQWest Consortium Management Board (CMB) is responsible for the operational management, governance and strategic development of HealthQWest.
HealthQWest co-ordinates many functions and activities administered by the HealthQWest Directorate and supported by the core staff. These include: the activity of the HealthQWest entities; the development of the HealthQWest Graduate School (launched September 2006); the organisation of events (conferences, seminar series and workshops); report production; marketing & PR; and the development and maintenance of databases and the website.
The HealthQWest Executive Group (HEG) meets monthly and reports to the CMB. The HealthQWest Executive Group is responsible for monitoring the interactions of HealthQWest entities and overall coherence of approach of HealthQWest activity.
