Our work is based on the understanding that healthcare professionals need evidence to enable them to develop and deliver appropriate and effective care at the right time. We employ consumer focussed interdisciplinary approaches to develop and evaluate complex interventions, delivered in a variety of healthcare settings, within a global context, aimed at maintaining or improving physical function and psychosocial health for people with long-term conditions.
